Shipping Provider
All shipments of physical goods from SERVIAM are handled through Cyprus Post.
Order Processing
Upon receiving your order, we will process it within one to two business days. After processing, the order will be shipped using standard shipping methods from Cyprus. Typically, delivery takes one to two weeks from the shipping date, depending on your location.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. It is your responsibility to use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and confirm its delivery.
Delivery and Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasionally there may be issues with the postal service. If your order is not promptly delivered, it is your responsibility to communicate with your local post office to arrange pickup. If a package cannot be delivered or found by the postal service, it may be held and eventually returned to us. In such cases, you will need to coordinate with your local postal service to retrieve the package.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to delivery issues, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange for reshipment. Please ensure you track your order and resolve any delivery issues with your local post office promptly to avoid returns.
